This has to be one of the best places to stay along the Toronto-Montreal route. A 'special secret corner of tranquility' - all amenities too - wireless NET was a bonus to keep in touch with kids.

After driving all the way from near Grand Falls, New Brunswick to here, it was great to see Jim's smiling face and great welcome! Our room was cool and inviting and the bed was so comfortable. This motel is a credit to the motel industry. Both the outside & inside are immaculate; we are so glad we saw it as we drove down the road in search of a place to stay. The Italian restaurant next door which you recommended was 'spot on' - both the service and food were terrific. My husband checked us in and had the pleasure of meeting the manager/owner who I'll refer to as the 'Unknown Comic' because I don't know his name; my husband tells me he was very funny (as in humorous). We will definitely stay here again if you'll have us. P.S. My compliments to the grounds' keeper. Thanks for your hospitality.
